WDA's Staff Conference will take place June 3 - June 6 in Roan Mountain, TN at Fairhaven Ministries.
Base Cost (Food & Materials Only) for WDA Staff Con 2025 is $125. EACH PERSON is required to pay the base conference fee.
***If you would like to pay for conference using your staff account, reach out to payroll@disciplebuilding.org to specify the registration/lodging option you are selecting from the list above (subject to availability) & amount of transfer.***
If you are organizing your own lodging at a nearby hotel or airbnb, you are only responsible for the base cost of $125 (per person).
There are plenty of lodging options nearby. Check airbnb.com, vrbo.com, or check out the cabins at Roan Mountain State Park.
Lodging options are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once lodging options have been exhuasted, you are responsible for booking your own accomodations nearby.
If you are staying at Fairhaven, choose the lodging option that best suits you:
OPTION 1: Single person in a queen bed in an enclosed room: $350 per person
OPTION 2: Share a queen bed in an enclosed room: $225 per person (or $450 for a couple)
OPTION 3: Twin bed in an open loft: - $200 per person (you would share the loft with another person, and this would require climbing stairs)
OPTION 4: Sleeper sofa in the open living space - $125 per person (base cost)
